What data do we collect?

With this being an online service, we do have to store and collect some data from our users.

1. Account information: name, email, password
2. Payment Information: We use an encryption software to store this information to help protect your bank accounts so you can play more golf.
3. Videos: We mentioned this earlier but we do store your videos to help you track your progress.
4. Progress: We store information about users progress while using our platform.
5. Customer service: If you ever have a problem with our platform, we store that information so that we can get better.

Security Practices

We at Grateful Golfs take great pride in our security practices because we respect the trust users put into our company to keep their information private.

1. Strong passwords with two factor authentication is required for all users
2. Employees of the company only have access to information that is involved in their specific role. Such as our PGA proffesional doesn’t have access to your card information.
3. Payment Processing: All payments are made through secure processes ensuring customer safety.
4. Employee Training: ALL of our employees receive cyber security training on a monthly basis with internal false attacks to ensure that they are prepared to stop any unwanted attacks on our platform.
